We have 16+ years of experience in the synthetic line market ourselves, and work with some of the smartest synthetic line production and developmental experts on earth. We are plugged into the activities of the Cordage institute, which sets international operation and safety standards for synthetic line. We sell a huge range of rigging items in the vehicle recovery, towing, industrial, military, construction and farming sectors, and are constantly using emergent rope technologies to develop new products and refine existing designs. We work closely with instructors certified by the International 4 Wheel Drive Trainers Association (I4WDTA) to test new and existing vehicle recovery products for utility and safety. We follow stringent ISO 9001:2015 standards for quality assurance on the production side. We properly certify the breaking strengths of all items, and clearly tag them to ensure this data is easily available to the user whenever needed.
QUALITY – When making rigging products, quality is essential. All our ASR branded products are Made in the USA, and we maximize our spending on US-based supply chains. As a result, we can say that we use only the highest quality ropes and fibers, ordered in traceable batches for the purposes of quality control accountability. Our production methods follow the very strict requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Assurance/Quality Control program, which requires the tracking of all data throughout every step of the build process. The resulting documentation is used to continuously improve our products and processes. We test everything, and testing is done in accordance with Cordage Institute processes and in conformance with American Petroleum Institute (API) Q1 Specification Standards.
