ASR's Kinetic Recovery Tow Ropes are THE tool to use when recovering stuck vehicles, with up to 20% stretch under nominal load (30% stretch at max strength rating) that facilitates the smooth transfer of max kinetic energy from the assist vehicle to the stuck vehicle. ASR's 2" Diameter Ultimate Kinetic Recovery Rope is a serious piece of recovery equipment designed for use on heavy-duty vehicles such as tractors, semis and dump trucks. This rope is constructed with Double Braid Nylon with a 131,500 lb MTS, and features an abrasion resistant polymeric coating that provides excellent UV protection and superior resistance to weather and water absorption and debris intrusion. This rope includes all the same features common to our Kinetic Recovery Rope family, including double braided nylon professionally spliced in the USA and a permanent data tag that includes an individualized serial number for item tracking purposes. Higher capacity power, smoother pulling and the highest quality materials and construction meant this rope will provide outstanding results for a very long time. Item is manufactured and tested in conformance with API Q1 Specification standards.
ASR's 2" Ultimate Kinetic Recovery Rope has an MTS of 131,500 lbs. Applying a Kinetic Rope-specific 3:1 Safety Factor yields a recommended Working Load Limit of 43,834 lbs.
