Based on years of innovative engineering and design, Safe-Xtract's Kit, Training and Software/App-based Vehicle Recovery System is the most advanced recovery system in the world - and this is their Soft Shackle. The Safe-Xtract Soft Shackle is designed from the ground up to work with other Safe-Xtract Kit Components (for more on SX kits, click here: https://www.asroffroad.com/safe-xtract-kits/), and also functions perfectly as a stand-alone Soft Shackle to compliment any recovery equipment you already have in your own inventory. Available shackle sizes are as follows:
SX-8000E (1/4" x 6") - Minimum Breaking Strength (MBS) of 20,000 lbs.
SX-10000E (5/16" x 10") - Minimum Breaking Strength (MBS) of 29,000 lbs.
SX-15000E (3/8" x 10") - Minimum Breaking Strength (MBS) of 43,500 lbs.
SX-20000E (7/16" x 10") - Minimum Breaking Strength (MBS) of 47,000 lbs.
SX-30000E (1/2" x 10") - Minimum Breaking Strength (MBS) of 62,500 lbs.
SX-40000E (5/8" x 10") - Minimum Breaking Strength (MBS) of 102,500 lbs.
Safe-Xtract soft shackles feature unique characteristics that make them ideally suited for use in the Vehicle Recovery environment. These include:
QUALITY FABRICATION: Construction in the USA using next-generation splice and Plasma synthetic line that is stronger than steel cable of equivalent diameter and more than 6 times lighter. This soft shackle is so light it floats! it is also military-approved, certified Berry Amendment and Buy American Act compliant. It comes factory load-tested to both validate strength rating and improve shackle strength out of the box. There is no stronger Plasma-based soft shackle on the market.
UV RESISTANT/WEATHERPROOF: Proprietary flourescent Neon Orange fiberlock coating is durable and UV resistant - Plasma does not absorb water, so the sling is perfect for use in wet or otherwise adverse weather conditions.
GREEN LOADING POINTS: Green stripes highlight where load should go, making proper use of this shackle intuitive.
SERIALIZED DATA TAG: Durable tag includes vital safety data including the rope's Minimal Tensile Strength and a unique serial number linked to every production step for purposes of traceability.
MILITARY TESTED: When you choose this Soft Shackle, you are in good company. Hundreds of Safe-Xtract Soft Shackles are currently in service with US Military SOCOM units, and this design has been incorporated as a US Military vehicle program of record component.
